1. Overview
This page provides a summary of the Terra Grills Shipping & Delivery terms.
For full details, please refer to the Terra Grills Terms & Conditions, which apply to all orders.
2. Ordering, Delivery & Collection
All Terra Grills products are purchased online or directly through our team.
Customers may choose:
(a) Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide, provided the delivery location is within our serviceable network.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise advised.
(b) Collection from Our Warehouse
Customers may collect their order from our warehouse:

You may also engage your own transport carrier to collect the goods from this location.
(See handling requirements below.)
3. Dispatch & Scheduling
When your order is ready, Terra Grills will contact you to arrange a dispatch date for:
- Delivery, or
- Collection (customer or carrier pickup)
We will make reasonable efforts to meet your preferred date, however scheduling is subject to availability.
Changes or Cancellations of Dispatch Date
You cannot change or cancel your agreed dispatch date without Terra Grills’ consent.
If a change is approved within 2 business days of the scheduled dispatch:
- A $50 administration fee applies
- All re-delivery or re-handling costs will also apply
4. Delivery Process
For deliveries arranged by Terra Grills:
- You will be notified at least 48 hours prior with a 4-hour delivery window (during business hours).
- You must ensure the delivery site is accessible, safe, and suitable.
- You must confirm that large items such as the Portico will fit through access points (gates, pathways, stairs, doorways).
Delivery will be made to the address provided in your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure:
- All contact details are correct
- The delivery address is accurate
- Someone over 18 is present to receive the goods
Delivery under a single order cannot be split between multiple addresses. Separate orders must be placed for each delivery location.
5. Collection Requirements (Customer or Carrier Pickup)
If collecting from our Coomera warehouse—yourself or via a carrier—you agree that:
- It is your responsibility to load and secure the goods
- Terra Grills does not provide labour, equipment, or load-handling assistance
- You or your carrier must provide identification or authority for collection
- You or your carrier must inspect the goods at handover and raise any visible concerns immediately
Terra Grills will take photos of items at handover for confirmation of condition.
6. Order Lead Times
We aim to provide accurate lead times, but all published or estimated dates are approximate and may change due to:
- Manufacturing delays
- Supply chain constraints
- Shipping delays
- Weather or freight disruptions
These factors are outside our control.
If we cannot fulfil your order or deliver by the scheduled date:
- We will notify you
- You may choose to cancel the affected items and receive:
- A refund, or
- A Store Credit, at your discretion
This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. If You Fail to Accept Delivery or Collect Goods
If the customer does not collect or accept delivery within the timeframe set out in the Terra Grills Terms & Conditions, storage fees or order cancellation may apply.
