TERRA GRILLS MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY LIMITED 5 YEAR WARRANTY

Terra Grills Pty Limited offers a manufacturer's warranty on its products as well as an extended 5-year limited warranty. If you have a warranty claim for your Terra Grills product, please see the terms and conditions that apply, below.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser of the Product and does not extend where Products have been resold. You will be required to provide proof of purchase. If purchasing a Product as a gift, the recipient of the Product should be noted/note this when registering the warranty, to qualify.

We acknowledge that we give this Warranty Policy with the intention of inducing purchasers to enter into Contracts and that purchasers do so in full reliance on our warranties.

WARRANTY FOR RESIDENTIAL USE

This section sets out the manufacturer's warranty offered to consumers who purchase our products for non-commercial, residential use.

How long is the warranty? For all bbq, the warranty is 5 years from the date of the original purchase. Proof of purchase must be supplied in all cases.

United States and international warranty claims

Shipping to the United States is available by custom request only. For United States and other international orders, Terra Grills will confirm freight, return logistics and any product-specific warranty arrangements in writing before the order is accepted.

Warranty claims and remedies are handled in accordance with the laws that apply in the customer’s country or state of purchase. Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights, guarantees, warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded by law, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law for Australian customers and applicable United States federal or state consumer protection laws for United States customers.
